Tacoma Aroma

Catch Andy Warhol's "Flowers for Tacoma" before its exit on February 10th and see a softer side of the artist famous for his NYC Factory, digital art illustrations and oxidation paintings.

The exhibition consists of Warhol's proposal to cover the entire Tacoma Dome with one of his famous flowers, paintings, studio photographs and nearly a dozen screen prints from his flower series.

WHERE: Tacoma Art Museum; 1701 Pacific Avenue; 253.272.4258; tacomaartmuseum.org/

To accompany the exhibit, the NARS Andy Warhol Collection was released in November 2012 and are still up for grabs at select Sephora USA locations and department stores.

-The "Flowers" eye-shadow palettes come in three different shades and pigments, including brown, beige and white, blue and white, and purple, yellow, white and red. The pigments and shades carry through to the bottom of the compact.

-The "Walk on the Wild Side" Gift Set includes the "Silver Factory" illuminator, purple nail lacquer in "It" and light pink shimmer gloss in "Orgasm".

-Illuminator: A light-reflecting face product that adds shimmer and enhances overall complexion.

-Another personal favorite of mine is the "Debby Harry" eye and cheek palette, with neon blue, purple, black and white shimmer shadows, as well as light pink shimmer and matte blushes.

"All is pretty"
"I've never met a person I couldn't call a beauty"
"Art is what you can get away with"
-Warhol quotes are stenciled on the inside of each compact.

"Debby Harry" palettes, "Flowers" shadow compacts and "Walk on the Wild Side" Gift Sets STILL AVAILABLE at:
Sephora Bellevue Square; 141 Bellevue Square; 425.467.1337 ext.3; sephora.com/
